When will I receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-7 days to process an order before it is shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

● USA: 3-4 business days

● Australia: 2-14 business days

● Japan: 4-8 business days

● International: 10-20 business days

It's challenging to predict shipping times accurately. You can track the production times of our products and add additional days for shipping.

Where is my order being shipped from?

I work with an on-demand company that handles orders with facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, orders are processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. This fee is beyond my control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so please check directly with your local customs office to inquire about any duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do? Before contacting me, please help me by doing the following:

● Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

● Inquire at your local post office if the package is available there.

● Ask your neighbors if the courier delivered the package to them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbors, please contact me at [] with your order number. If you discovered an error in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your own expense.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I'm sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email me within one week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about your order to []. I will propose a solution as soon as possible.
